Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated right on the bay, offering a great spot to enjoy the sights and sounds. The spacious and comfortable rooms were delightful, although we faced challenges with the spa bath for our daughter during her stay. The service provided exceeded our expectations, despite some areas needing upgrades and cleanliness improvements.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location by the lake was amazing with lovely views, but the lack of availability of a renovated room for our daughter made things challenging. The service was friendly and top-notch, despite a minor hiccup at check-in. Overall, a decent place with some drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room I stayed in had stained furniture and iron burn marks on the carpet, which was quite off-putting. On the bright side, the room had a great view of Lake Michigan right outside the door. The service was lacking as the staff seemed disinterested in our complaints and even witnessed staff from a restaurant smoking in the back. The location, while beautiful overlooking the lake, needs some serious repairs. The dining experience was okay, with a pick-up/takeaway bag served up with a water view. Overall, the hotel is in dire need of upgrades and a clean-up.
